Sandro Camilleri has a degree in Business Administration and Finance at the European Business School in London. He attended a post-graduate course specialising in M&A at Wharton University of Philadelphia.

Over the last ten years Mr. Camilleri gained extensive experience in the card issuing industry with significant “hands on” international business experience within Europe, Middle East and Asia.

He is currently Chairman & CEO of Matica System S.p.a., which is the new major shareholder of DISO AG since July 2011.

On 26th August Sandro Camilleri was appointed by the Supervisory Board as the new CEO of Digital Identification Solutions AG.

Fabrizio Armone obtained a Business Administration degree at the University of Milan “L. Bocconi” and he specialised in corporate legal affairs at Pavia University.

He joins Digital Identification Solutions AG after having spent the past seven years at Azimut Group, Italy's largest independent asset management company, listed on MIlan Stock Exchange and also among the component of the main index FTSE MIB.

Fluent in six European languages, he specialises in legal and corporate affairs, investor relations and fundamental analysis, marketing & communications, auditing and accounting standards.

On 28th September, Fabrizio Armone was appointed by the Supervisory Board as the new CFO of Digital Identification Solutions AG.
